1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • In this case, you may wait for the delivery and then request a return as per our Exchange and Returns Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Customized bicycles or special-order items cannot be canceled once production or processing has begun.
  • Any such items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
